Silverback Strength and Conditioning is a serious on-site workout centre with state-of-the-art lifting equipment and change rooms. Built in 2024 with the help of Bryan Baeumler of HGTV fame, the gym is open to guests of the hotel at no extra charge. It is also open to the public. Community members can buy yearly memberships, monthly memberships or day passes. The centre has three personal trainers, who can be booked to assist you with your fitness goals.
